GI / DTM-001 marks the beginning of the Grid Icons DTM Series — a collection built around the cars, characters and chaos that defined touring car racing.

For the first release, we go back to where the story belongs: the BMW E30 M3.

Built around one of touring car racing’s most iconic machines, the BMW E30 M3 DTM Motorsport T-Shirt brings the attitude of the paddock to the street.

The back features an original Grid Icons illustration of the E30 M3 at full attack, surrounded by the kind of technical details and race-bred graphics you'd expect to find on a period touring car. At the centre, the message says it all: LOW TRACTION. HIGH EXPECTATIONS.

Finished with “DOOR TO DOOR • LAP AFTER LAP”, the design is a nod to the close-quarters racing that made the golden era of touring cars so addictive.

The front keeps things deliberately understated with a small Grid Icons Motorsport mark, while the rear carries the full artwork. Printed exclusively on white, the monochrome base lets the black, white and red graphics do the work.

Made from a heavyweight 240gsm 100% cotton tee, with a relaxed oversized fit, dropped shoulders and substantial feel, this is built as a proper piece of streetwear rather than a standard automotive T-shirt.
